Lost all of my Pre-BabyWeight and how i did it!

Here is a little secret, during my pregnancy with SJP I gained 60 lbs! 60!! I used the pregnancy as an excuse to eat a package of Oreos a week, lots of ice cream, cheeseburgers and french fries! After I had SJP I lost around 30lbs in the first 6 weeks from general baby losing activities (this is not the blog to discuss what that is) I went about 6 months working on breastfeeding and taking care of SJP, not thinking about me and not losing anymore weight! 

 In February 2013, the week before I went to Huston to visit Erin, I joined Weight Watchers. I lost 15 lbs pretty quickly and was 15lbs. from Pre-pregnancy weight. Erin soon passed away and I had a plateau.  In March I joined an online clean eating group, started T25, took dairy out of my diet (for allergy reasons, not diet reasons) I saw my self drop another 5 lbs. I was 10 away from pre-pregnancy weight!!

On October 16th, 2014 I went with my Friend Jamila to her Gym 9Rounds. It's a 30 minute all body kickboxing Circuit gym. I joined the next day! A month later, we convinced our significant others to join. I am excited to say i am at PRE-PREGNANCY WEIGHT!! I have also dropped 30+ inches over my entire body. The gym is perfect, the 5 of us meet every morning, SJP eats breakfast in her stroller, we workout and I go to work immediately after!

I am so thankful for the people I have met along my fitness journey!
